Contact and business details you submit (name, email, phone, business name, project notes). Account and portal data (project status, content submissions, contract acceptance, payment status). Payment-related metadata from Stripe (we do not store full card numbers). Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and basic usage logs needed to run and secure the service. Files and content you upload for website projects (logos, photos, copy).

To respond to audit/quote requests and deliver website and maintenance services. To operate the client portal, send transactional emails (invoices, reminders, project updates), and process payments. To improve reliability and prevent fraud or abuse. To communicate about your project; marketing emails only where permitted and with an unsubscribe option where required.

Service providers who help us operate (for example: Supabase for database/auth, Stripe for payments, Resend for email, hosting providers). Our sales platform / independent contractors when needed to fulfill or support a client engagement, under confidentiality expectations. Legal or safety disclosures when required by law or to protect rights and security. We do not sell personal information.

Card and bank payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe’s privacy terms also apply to payment processing. We receive limited payment confirmations and billing details needed for invoices and accounting.

We keep project, contract, and payment records as needed to provide services, meet legal/accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion of account-related data subject to those obligations.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards (access controls, encrypted transport, least-privilege service keys). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
